Foundation Pilates Builds a Better Body By Helping

Foundation Pilates provides movement therapy ranging from a vigorous Pilates workout to a more therapeutic fine-tuning of specific muscle imbalances. Our private instruction reeducates your body to move more efficiently and safely, bettering your health.

Our sessions are individually tailored to you. With no distractions in our private studio, we use the most effective techniques from Pilates, Foundation Training, orthopedic manual therapy, Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training (RFST), and more to achieve your desired goal.

At Foundation Pilates, we work your entire body – from head to toe – in every session. In a short time, you will see your entire body change. You’ll be standing taller and toner. A great body starts with a great foundation. Please note, as a private studio, we are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
