The Pink Ribbon Program
The Pink Ribbon Program is a six-week Pilates-based program for patients to transition from physical/occupational therapy to exercise therapy to regain strength and mobility in the affected shoulder and arm.
Foundation Training (FT) is a series of exercises based on integrating the muscular chains of the body. Exercises begin with the posterior chain of muscles (neck, back, gluteal, hamstrings and calves) to quickly stabilize your spine and core. Learning to connect the posterior chain will teach you to move naturally, evenly absorbing the weight of your body. Once you begin to move properly you will engage more muscles in every step you take, sport you play, and exercise you choose to do. FT fixes many of the chronic pains plaguing our modern lifestyle.
Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy
Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy employs advanced stretching and joint mobilization techniques that help remedy common neuromusculoskeletal complaints such as pain, chronic tension, joint restrictions and decreased range of motion.
In combination with Pilates, Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy increases flexibility by improving mobility in areas that are restricted in joints, in connective tissue or in skeletal muscles.

Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training (RFST)
Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training (RFST) is a stretching and strengthening method developed by Bob Cooley focusing on removal of excess fascia and scar tissue while increasing the strength of target muscles. Muscle imbalances and compensation patterns can be corrected by this technique.
Benefits include: Improved performance, increased circulation, better posture, lymphatic drainage, oxygenation of tissues, increased elimination of cellular waste products, corrective realignment of bones, and removal of chronic joint stress.
As part of RFST, trainers use their feet on almost every part of the body along Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridians to free up energy flow, assist in removing waste products from muscles, loosen up tight or contracted muscles, remove scar tissue and excess fascia, and remove trigger points.
