Foundation Pilates offers private, highly individualized Pilates and therapeutic movement sessions designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and agility.
When you learn to move with intention, those qualities extend beyond the studio into everyday life. With that aim, Foundation Pilates provides exercise ranging from vigorous, full-body workouts to more therapeutic fine-tuning of specific muscle imbalances. Each session draws from a range of methods and is tailored to meet you where you are and support where you want to go.
As we age, our bodies often develop habitual patterns of movement that are less than optimal. These patterns can go unnoticed for years before showing up as stiffness, discomfort, or pain.
